Our First Project
We have spend our first few weeks practicing slip stitches and building on our work with double crochet.
After practicing these skills for a while we had a go at our first project, a pencil topper! Everyone chose their own colours and had a go at making 10 rows with 10 stitches. Then we sewed on the details. Everyone did an amazing job!
What next?
After this we decided to challenge ourselves to make a cuddly toy. We looked at what this involves and practiced the skills we would need to be able to do this. With hard work and perseverance we created some amazing cuddly toys that we are very proud of!
