Hello everyone,

I’m Mrs Havers and I am the subject leader for PSHE. I  am very fortunate to be the subject lead for PSHE at Rose Hill Primary School.

PSHE stands for Personal, Social, Health Education but also encompasses the RSE - Relationships and Sex Education. I find the subject to be so important as it teaches us about ourselves and the world around us. We use Jigsaw at Rose Hill which directs our aim of developing a spiral curriculum approach to developing knowledge, skills and understanding in the areas of;

• Being Me in My World
• Celebrating Difference
• Dreams and Goals
• Healthy Me
• Relationships
• Changing Me

PSHE is a subject that is interwoven through all aspects of our school life and a greater understanding of the units above, will enable all of us to become citizens of the world.
