In upper key stage 2, our history learning is about Tudor Explorers! We took a trip to the waterfront in Ipswich to investigate how and where Tudor merchants traded their goods! 

Our history unit in KS1 is the Great Fire of London! To enable us to understand how the fire spread and enrich our learning, we created houses out of boxes and straw and set fire to them on the playground!

In lower key stage 2, our history unit is the Romans! We kicked off our unit with a stunning start where we made Roman shields and practiced their fighting formations!

As part of our topic learning about the Ancient Mayans in upper phase, we created our own tablets with glyphs on them!
